POLICIES &TERMS

For the health and safety of our therapists and practitioners, 
please do not make reservations during the time you have the cold/flu, bleeding/broken skin, lesions, had surgery within the last 10 days,  extreme intoxication, or if you expect any sexual services.

We reserve the right to refuse service if not notified and any of the above conditions are present at the time of the reservation and client will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

On-site Services All reservations are subject to availability
It is strongly recommended to make reservations 48 hours in advance to increase your chances of availability for your desired date and time
Mobile Services & Massage Parties require a 72 hour advance notice and full payment is required to make a reservation. 
FOR THE HEALTH & SAFETY OF OUR PRACTITIONERS PLEASE RESTRAIN ALL PETS FROM SERVICE STATIONS IF ASKED DUE TO ALLERGIES, UNEASINESS, AND FEAR. YOUR UNDERSTANDING WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

TARDINESS

Please make effort to arrive for your reservation on time. We do understand unexpected circumstances and events and will make every effort to accommodate our clients. However, it is not guaranteed that we can give you the full reserved time of service is there is another reservation scheduled right after yours.

CANCELLATIONS

On-site Services Cancellations require a 3 hour notice
Less than a 3 hour notice is subject to 20% cancellation fee and must be paid to book a new reservation. NO CALL NO SHOW reservations are subject to 25% cancellation fee and a total credit card payment is required to make another reservation.
Mobile Services & Massage Parties Cancellations require a 48 hour notice for full credit card refund. Less than 48 hour notice is subject to 25% cancellation fee and remaining balance will be refunded to your credit card. 
Less than 24 hour notice is subject to 50% cancellation fee and remaining balance will be refunded to your credit card.

PAYMENTS

On-site Services All major credit cards and cash are accepted
Mobile Services & Massage Parties Must be paid with a credit card and full payment is required to make a reservation with 72 hour advance notice

Taxes All service rates are subject to NJ 7% sales tax

GRATUITIES

Gratuities (tips) are greatly appreciated and the best reward to give if you are satisfied with the service(s) you have received. The standard amount of gratuity is 15-20% of your service rate. However, the amount you choose to give will be gladly accepted.

TRAVEL FEES

Travel fees are based on the round trip miles to the clients' desired location starting from 9 N Maple Ave in Irvington NJ and charged per service provider.

The first 49 round trip miles are free
50-69 round trip miles - $15
70-89 round trip miles - $30
90-109 round trip miles - $45
110-129 round trip miles - $60
130+ round trip miles - $60 + $0.75 for each additional mile
